Local real estate professionals Ueli Schnorf, Iradj Alexander-David and Massimiliano Kapeen of Wetag Consulting joined an accomplished group of real estate leaders from around the world at the Luxury Portfolio Agent SUMMIT on February 18 – 20, 2019 at the Wynn Las Vegas. The invitation-only event was open exclusively to sales associates who specialize in the high-end market and whose firms are affiliated with Luxury Portfolio International®,the luxury division of Leading Real Estate Companies of the World®.

The 2019 Luxury Portfolio Agent SUMMIT featured concentrations with three distinct tracks: Innovation, Strategy and Listings. Each concentration included panel discussions, interactive training and presentations outlining specific topics including how to utilize digital marketing, tips from a top producer and insights on competing in the new real estate landscape. Attendees also engaged in facilitated roundtable conversations, allowing agents to connect with peers to share ideas and best practices in smaller, more intimate groups.

Presenters include keynote speaker Erin Meyer, author of the New York Times bestsellerThe Culture Map, whose groundbreaking insights will inform attendees on strategies for successful cross-cultural communication and collaboration. LeadingRE’s chief economist Dr. Marci Rossell will provide up-to-the-minute commentary on global economic trends and their impact on businesses and people’s everyday lives. Other speakers include former Top Ten CNN Hero and former CEO of the National Center for Civil and Human Rights, Derreck Kayongo, two-time medal winning paralympic snowboarder and New York Times best-selling author, Amy Purdy, founding editor-in-chief of WIRED magazine in Europe David Rowan, and the executive vice president of design for Wynn Design and Development, Roger Thomas.

The conference included the unveiling of the highly anticipated new brand identity from Luxury Portfolio International®. The updated mark and tagline will further reinforce the power of the brand and the relationship among the organization’s over 200-member brokerages around the globe. The new logo and identity will shortly be in use by all members of Luxury Portfolio International® and appear on the company’s advertising, marketing materials, and the bi-annual Luxury Portfolio magazine.
