27.10.2026 - Two adjacent plots with a total of around 1,084 m² of buildable gross floor area offer you the rare opportunity to create a project according to your own ideas, in close proximity to the center of Lugano. On one of the spacious plots stands a villa with a pool, surrounded by plenty of greenery and offering complete privacy. The other adjacent plot also provides the opportunity to realize around 600 m² of gross floor area, allowing for the creation of a personalized construction project. The attractive price adjustment, along with three indoor parking spaces and three outdoor parking spaces, completes this offer.
Experience the versatility of this villa. The property includes ten rooms, of which six are bedrooms, and extends over two floors. Large windows, bright rooms, and direct access to the garden create a welcoming living atmosphere. Whether as an elegant single-family home or with separate living areas for two parties, many ideas can be brought to life here. Sunny terraces, balconies with views of the greenery, and a fireplace in the living area enhance the property’s special character.
Sorengo combines nature and urban life. The center of Lugano is easily reachable on foot, while the surroundings are characterized by tranquility and greenery. International schools such as Franklin University Switzerland and TASIS are located in the immediate vicinity. In addition, you will benefit from a municipality with an attractive tax policy and an excellent quality of life.
It is my great pleasure to introduce this property to you and invite you to a personal property tour.
Yours sincerely,
