Local Real Estate Professional Attended Global Luxury Portfolio Real Estate Conference
Local real estate professional (Philipp Peter, Ueli Schnorf & Kevin Quast) of Wetag Consulting joined an accomplished group of real estate professionals from around the world at the Luxury Portfolio SUMMIT on February 27- March 1 at the Fontainebleau Miami Beach. The event was invitation-only and open exclusively to sales associates who specialize in the luxury Real Estate market and whose firms are affiliated with Luxury Portfolio International®, the luxury face of Leading Real Estate Companies of the World®.
The 2017 Luxury Portfolio SUMMIT kicked off by exploring the changing expectations of luxury consumers and what sales associates can do to better serve their clients and provide them with the “wow” that they are looking for. Participants engaged in a collaborative program focused on how the high-net-worth buy today, the five secret languages of communication, leveraging their Luxury Portfolio relationship, marketing strategies in a mobile and digital world, growing business with global buyers and attracting attention in a world of noise by learning public relations best practices.
The impressive lineup of keynote speakers included Brett Culp, acclaimed filmmaker whose work has inspired audiences around the world, whose inspirational stories and contagious energy inspired attendees to find their meaning, connect on a deeper level and create real and lasting change in the world. Brad Meltzer, the #1 New York Times bestselling author of The Inner Circle, The Book of Fate, and eight other bestselling thrillers, told the story of his own personal reflection and helped attendees discover what it is they stand for. LeadingRE Chief Economist Marci Rossell, Ph.D., provided strategic economic insights and discussed their impact on the global real estate market.
